Overview & FunctionsTrailer-Locate is a cutting edge, afford-able and highly scalable trailer tracking device. It allows trailers/other assets to be remotely tracked and monitored in real time using the Cybertrack web inter-face at intervals configurable by you. Trailer-Locate is an unremarkable look-ing box hidden to suit your needs on any asset. It can be mounted with a base-plate for easy installation.
Regular Status ReportingTrailer-Locate collects information from the unit including its position and speed and transmits this information as often as you choose.
Event-triggered Alerts Trailer-Locate can automatically send an alert to the Blackbox system when:
The vehicle enters, or exits, a geo-fenced zone
The trailer becomes mobile.
Additional alerts (temperature bands/doors open etc.) can be pro-grammed into the unit to be re-ported upon to suit your application
Trailer-Locate has full over-the-air configuration capabilities including upgrading and remote diagnostics. Device Polling The vehicle’s status (and any additional inputs) can be requested at any time from the Cybertrack web interface.
Asset Suitability
Trailer-Locate is designed for all assets from trailers to plant and mobile equipment that require knowledge to their whereabouts but may stand without power occasionally, to be easily visible via the web. With movement alerts, geo-fencing and towing alerts it is a solution for very many assets and situa-tions.
